This is an ongoing marketing effort where you are always advertising for the next tenant. Keeping the listing active helps with SEO and other marketing efforts CHBO does for your listing. So please consider renewing the listing even when it is booked. A new feature was recently added that gives you the option to pause the package upgrades when applicable so you can start and stop when needed.
