I rented this condo for 2 months in early 2018. Jack was easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo complex is quiet and felt safe. Downtown Chas is a short car ride away. There's a great BBQ restaurant just down the street. Folly Beach is close by, too.
The condo is truly turnkey. The wifi has good speed. Could use basic cable package, but an Apple TV (or other device) would satisfy most.
Will definitely stay there again!

Let's just start by saying Jack was an exceptional landlord during my stay in his condo 7/7/21-9/25/21. He was very attentive to any needs I had while there. Jack made acquiring the lease and moving in hassle free. The condo is as lovely and beautiful as depicted in the pictures. The condo is on James Island which is about 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and from Folly beach. There was so much to do and the food at the restaurants around there were to die for. The area is very safe and everyone I met there was friendly(southern charm). The condo has 5 beds which were all very comfortable.. I had multiple friends and family members come stay with me and they were very comfortable. It also had anything you might need while living somewhere... linen, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, etc. I was staying there for a temporary travel nursing assignment with my two cats. It was the perfect spot close to all of the hospitals in Charleston and I would highly recommend it to any travel nurse or anyone wanting to visit Charleston!
