Our September stay in CHBO # 11775 was delightful. The location was perfect, the ever changing activity in the park enjoyable, and the tasteful decor inviting. We even found the frequent sounds of the trains pleasant. Handy to street car stops, coffee shops, and a Safeway, the condo is a perfect place for a month of relaxation. Both before and after our arrival, Josh quickly responded to our questions about the unit and the area. My husband and I both hope Josh and Renee's rental is available for our next visit to Portland.

My 6 week stay in the gorgeous city of Portland was made very comfortable and welcoming, thanks to Josh and Renee. They were absolutely fabulous hosts, going out of their way to organise a rental bike and respond to any questions. The actual apartment had stunning views, air conditioning, fantastic washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was excellent with supermarkets, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, restaurants and public transport all within 10 min walking. I would absolutely recommend this condo.

Stayed here as part of a three-month corporate relocation. Very modern, clean, and upscale property in an outstanding location. Anything you need is within a few blocks' walk: dining, shopping, and public transportation. Very well furnished, comfortable with beautiful views. Convenient to have a workout room and coffee shop right in the building.

Stayed here during a five-day work seminar and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Most of the Pearl District is comfortably reachable by foot and a MAX Light Rail station is a block away to take you as far as the airport or as close as the shops and restaurants along NW 23rd. A Safeway is also a few blocks away. No issues with the condo. The space is warm and comfortable with a great view of the river and iconic Fremont Bridge. Parking is available, but I realized given the condo's location that I really didn't need a vehicle to get around. Josh and Renee were great to work with and I will look to stay here again the next time I am in town.

Fantastic condo, over-looking the river, in Portland's most coveted neighborhood - the Pearl District. Josh and Renee provide a very homey, clean, safe, and useful condo. Everything you need or want is within walking distance and biking/running trails are easily accessible. Very safe building and area. As a frequent traveler, I am always searching for places such as this. Josh and Renee are friendly, professional and will be responsive if there are any questions or needs. Highly recommended.
