I spent 5 months in Kim's Malibu Hills 'retreat' and it was a wonderful experience. The view is stunning, the place immaculate and Kim was a gracious host. The 'commute' to Thousand Oaks was easy and pulling into the driveway everyday was like being on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here for any length of time when you are in the area and want a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
