Phoenix 1 Bedroom Condominium - Corporate Housing Rental - 14255

You will love, love, love this place! I was lucky enough to rent this condo when I first moved to Phoenix. What started out as a 3 month rental became a 2 year stay. First, the location is top notch - walking distance to grocery and restaurants, short drive to so many other restaurants and bars and stores/mall, easy drive to Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, the airport, etc. Walk around the surrounding Biltmore neighborhoods or head up 32nd St to walk along the canal or a bit further to hiking paths. As a single woman in a new city, it was important to me to be in a neighborhood and complex that I felt safe in and this is it. The complex is very quiet and well maintained, a mix of friendly owners and tenants. Heated pool area is lovely and kept in good order year round, as are the hot tub and exercise room. Those facilities are rarely busy which is really nice. The exercise room even has a little bookshelf to borrow books from. Having garage parking is a great extra, especially in the summer. There is plenty of extra parking as well. The condo itself is perfect for a single person or couple, furnished with everything you need. Plenty of space, good storage, comfy bed and furnishings, basic kitchen equipment, linens, etc. Nancy has been a great landlord, always responsive to questions and making sure I have everything needed. This place is a gem and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if needed.

Absolutely great place to stay, very clean & well maintained fully furnished condo in a great central location close to the AZ Biltmore. Very quiet & the condo complex has all the amenities (pool, large fitness area etc.) as well as reserved garage parking for those hot Phoenix days. Large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with ample closet space. To top it all, the owners Nancy & Jeff are incredibly welcoming hosts that make your stay warm. I stayed for 10 months and was beyond comfortable, absolutely no issues. Definitely a place I will stay at again if my job takes me to the Phoenix area. Thank you Nancy & Jeff.

Spent 4 months in the condo. The condo exceeded my expectations. Not only was it clean and fully equipped, I really enjoyed how everything you needed for the weekend was very close by - just keep the car parked. Also, less than 2 miles away was every store you could want including Whole Foods, Frys, Trader Joes, as well as the Biltmore Shopping area. Over-all, perfect location, terrific condo, and also appreciate the friendly and responsive owners. Great Experience.

Clean and equipped condo. Nice pool and gym for down time. Restaurants and market within walking distance. Straight shot from and to the airport. Major thoroughfare makes for easy access to any destination.
