This condo is absolutely delightful. It fit our needs perfectly. We stayed much longer than anticipated, part of the reason was because we were so comfortable. It is very clean and fully furnished including linens and cookware. The Smart TVs are great because in addition to extensive cable you can watch your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime subscriptions. There are so many conveniences nearby but it’s so quiet backing up to an open space. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching wild life. Easy drive to Denver and the airport. Linda is an awesome landlord, she took great care of us. I could go on and on, the pictures and amenities are valid and accurately described. We hope to be back soon!
This lovely townhome is spacious with a large master bedroom and bath and walk-in closet. This home had all the amenities and high-end washer and dryer. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable, professionally decorated, and quality beds. The location is great and convenient as well as quiet. The front porch faces an open space where deer can be seen often. Nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances, storage area in the kitchen, large flat screen TV in living room and a TV in the master bedroom.There is a nice park nearby with walking trails and a recreation facility. Also, it is close to all the shopping centers and restaurants. The cleaning/maid service is the best: friendly, timely, and thorough. This townhome is great for professionals, singles, and families. The owner was very nice and easy to work with as well as being very responsive. I highly recommend this property.
The townhome/condo is in great condition. The front porch was very nice because it is facing an open area where I often saw deer grazing and a variety of birds. I loved this. So many other condos face another condo. The accommodations are like new as well as very nice furniture. The cleaning service that comes twice a month was superb and very trustworthy. I can't say enough about this townhome and Linda. Both are great!
