UC-Denver and Metropolitan State University are equally close, and a short drive or Denver RTD trains take you to major employers like HealthONE, SCL Health, Centura Health, Lockheed Martin, CenturyLink, Kaiser Permanente, Denver Health, Comcast, Children's Hospital Colorado, United Airlines, Wells Fargo, DISH Network, IBM, Ball Corporation, and United and Frontier Airlines.

Entertainment, shopping, and dining are just as convenient. The Denver Art Museum and Central Library, the History Colorado Center, the Ellie Caulkins Opera House and Boettcher Concert Hall, and Fillmore Auditorium are among cultural attractions within walking distance. Sports and concerts are close as well, with the Pepsi Center, Elitch Gardens, Coors Field, and Sports Authority Field at Mile High. The convenience of the location is fantastic with a grocery store right downstairs and the walkability to downtown. Everything you need in a fantastic setting. We felt right at home. Our schedule kept changing and the owners were very accommodating and immediately responded to any need that we had. The property is extremely convenient and very nicely done. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay, very much. You cannot beat the location and the views are fantastic. We plan to return. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

What a wonderful stay! My spouse and I were between homes and stayed in this Condo for two months. We are so happy we found this property! You cannot beat the views. It is a corner unit, out one window is the Denver skyline and out the other is the front range. The condo was absolutely spotless, seriously you will not find a cleaner rental. It has everything you need, is full of natural light and feels spacious. There are walking and bike paths right out the front entrance, a couple of blocks away is the light rail and if you have a car there is garage parking. There is laundry down the hall and is super convenient as you can pay with a credit card or using an app. You dont have to worry about finding quarters. On top of how great this property is, the owners are the best. They are super easy to work with, fast responses and they truly care that you have a great stay. They are extremely kind people. It was a breath of fresh air as we had some bad experiences with month to month rentals prior to finding this place. Thank you for a great furnished monthly rental at a reasonable price :)

I have read the previous reviews and agree with everything written regarding this property. It was not planned but I ended up spending 22 months in this condo working across Colorado and the Denver metro area. The sleeper sofa was great for family and friend visits to Colorado. The property location is perfect not only accessing the Denver metro area, Cherry Creek, Tech Center but also the major interstates. With the bonus room area, I was able to set up a home office. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs. They even added a cubby storage area to meet my extended stay. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances. It was a bonus watching so many sunsets and firework displays across the city. The building has on-site maintenance company, indoor secured parking, building security and great outdoor lighting which is much appreciated walking back from shows or Downtown events. Additionally, there are bikes, scooters in front of the building with easy access to the bike trails and Denver parks. Washington Park was easy to access and by far my favorite park. Take advantage of Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe and the restaurant Pistols! Highly recommend this condo and working with the owners is so easy.

I have been renting this great condo for nearly two months now and plan to stay here for the remainder of my time in Denver. While I agree with all of the previous reviews, I have a few additional positives of my own. First, I like to go hiking in the mountains every weekend and this property location gets me to the foothills within 20 minutes. Second, I cannot believe how quiet the condo is. As soon as you get home, it is easy to forget that you are right next to downtown. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who would like to be minutes from downtown and also enjoy some peace and quiet after a long day at the office.

The views of the Front Range and downtown from this unit are unsurpassed. You definitely know you're in Colorado! The proximity to downtown and convenience of the bike path, restaurants, museums, Performing Arts Center and shopping lend itself to a true urban experience. The building is clean and well maintained and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Having a grocery store connected to the building is a big plus. The unit is clean and very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and all the modern conveniences. We especially enjoyed the large balcony watching the sun set over the mountains. Jim and Kim were a pleasure and very responsive. We thank them for sharing their unit with us!

Beautiful property! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better we walked to work and all my evening activities. I even caught short uber rides to explore the Denver sights. The owners thought I've everything you'd need for a short or extended stay. It is great to not be in a hotel or impersonal corporate housing. I couldn't ask for anything more. You can tell this was a carefully remodel apartment in a prime Denver location. Thanks again. We will definitely be back!
