My time at this condo has been wonderful! Perfect location in the Pearl, very walkable to everything you will need, along with some great parks and restaurants. I feel secure in the condo community, the tenants are neighborly and the condo itself is nicley appointed with everything you need. The beautiful patio is surrounded by greenery and situated in a lovely quiet end of the building overlooking the courtyard. I was even provided a lovely box of herbs which I have enjoyed as the kitchen is great for cooking. The owner, Megan is such a pleasure to work with - awesome communication. I highly recommend staying here if you come to the Pearl!

Great location and very clean condo! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and I loved being able to walk to grocery stores, cafés, and shops for most errands. Super convenient and comfortable stay — I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Portland!
