I recently spent three months here and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place is in a great part of town, just a couple minutes drive to Newport Beach, and plenty to do in the area. The condo is situated next to a nature preserve which I would enjoy on my evening run. The condo grounds are fantastic with a spacious lap pool and gym. The condo itself had everything i needed, and comfortable, clean furniture. The owner was Luiz was great. He was able to meet me for a showing prior to signing a lease, prompt with return deposit, and responsive to requests. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and will stay again if my travels bring me back here.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here! I stayed for about 1.5 months and I didn’t want to leave at the end! This home is very comfortable and enjoyable and clean! Has everything kitchen wise, bathroom wise, entertainment, and more. Luiz’s communication was very great too and he always went above and beyond to help me. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Irvine! Loved my time here so much and I have no complaints. Great maintained unit and wonderful host.
