Horrific experience! Avoid this property and its supposed owner, Margaret Salmon, like the plague! Please research this property and its owner before making a financial commitment. Margaret introduced herself as a Doctor who lived on one of the lower floors in the property but after receiving my wired funds stated on record in a text to me that she actually lives in a warehouse and rents out this property for income. Further, Margaret confirmed in the initial stages that the furnishings in the furnished apartment were the same as shown in the pictures but after receiving my wired funds she admitted that there was no furniture presently and that she would have movers bring in furniture prior to our move in date. I also observed that she would connect by text or phone or email prior to receiving the first months rent but thereafter it was another story. It took almost a week of texting, emailing and leaving voice mails before she would even confirm that she had received the wired funds. A family emergency meant that I had to cancel the lease prior to move in and forgo the first months rent which I don’t regret but I certainly regret not researching this property or Margaret before signing the lease and wiring the funds and I would urge prospective tenants to do their due diligence and homework before making a commitment.
