When working at the Auditorium Theater with the show "Wicked" my husband and I, and roommate, Colleen, stayed here twice. We love it! It's the second and third floor of a majestic house. The owners Cindi and Rich are on the first floor. They were very nice and as helpful as we needed them to be. They are on premises, and available, but never "hovering." There's laundry, off-street parking, and the house is in a great neighborhood.
The unit itself is big and well-layed out. "Colleen's room" and full bath are on the second floor. The main level sports a huge living room, dining area, a bedroom, and one of the best showers EVER. HUGE. With a skylight.
The very walking distance neighborhood has good bars, an amazing breakfast joint, other restaurants, a bakery, candy store, liquor store, pharmacy, etc. It's quaint and safe. You'll find some of the most beautiful houses (including the Kodak mansion) within a mile or so. I have always suggested to friends traveling through Rochester that they stay here.

We stayed here a month and the place was great!! The area is perfect and right down the street are some great restaurants in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The owner of this property was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome for our short stay in Rochester. I would recommend this place to anyone.

When working in Rochester with the theater show, "Wicked," I stayed here twice. It's great! One bedroom and bath are on the second floor and the other ones are with the rest of the living space on the third. The third floor bath is amazing. Huge shower with a skylight! The place is big and comfortable.
The owners live on the first floor. They are available, but not intrusive. There's a washer and dryer and off-street parking.
It's just blocks from a great neighborhood with restaurants, shops and other amenities.
