What a great apartment within a beautiful home! Everything needed to live comfortably and hassle-free. And location, location, location! Immediately adjacent to Sloan's Lake - perfect for daily walks, runs, rollerblades, or whatever you're into...being outdoors and active is literally at your doorstep. But even more important than the physical accommodations (which were perfect!), what an incredible joy to share a home with the home's owners (landlord? roommates? Friends!!), Jessica and Marilyn - wonderful people, attentive "landlords", and great friends. I chose CHBO for the convenience of a short-term rental, and ended up staying for over a year as Jessica and Marilyn turned the rental apartment in their house into what I would say was truly a HOME!

Best location in Denver! Easy access to literally all that Colorado has to offer. Lovely, safe, comfortable home with amazing hosts! Jessica and Marilyn are so easy to share a space with, they make you feel right at home, and instantly it feels like you have known them forever. They are respectful of your space in their place, while always making you feel comfortable and at home. We left knowing we had made forever friends. Definitely recommend!
