We had a great time at Rick’s place. Everything was very clean and it has everything you need. The place is better than it looks on the pictures and the neighborhood is very conveniently located and very easy to get around.
Rick is incredible !!! He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which for us it was extremely, extremely helpful.
Would absolutely recommend to stay there !!! ????????????

Rick's place became our second home for six weeks (Canadian snowbirds escaping winter). We had a few minor issues and Rick was very responsive and quick to get them resolved. Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near all required amenities with some lovely walking and bike paths. Our six weeks there just flew by. We're already signed up for next year.
