A designated state historic site, the Stadium was built in 1925 and enhanced to host the 1932 and 1968 Olympic Rowing competition and trials. Today it offers you access to some of Southern California’s favorite water sports.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS… Our MASTER SUITE is dressed in a relaxed heme featuring a California-famous “California King” sized bed. The adjoining private bathroom offers a Jacuzzi Spa tub including luxurious bath bubbles and amenities for peaceful soaks or romantic interludes. Double sinks, private shower, and private water closet round out the room.
Our Upstairs 1st BEDROOM is California Casual and offers a queen-sized bed that sleeps two. Guests have easy access to the second floor bathroom with full shower and tub.
Our Upstairs 2nd BEDROOM is a nautical in theme, featuring a queen-sized bed that sleeps two great for both children or adults.
Our Downstairs bedroom or office space is yours to choose. Ask for a bed to make it s fourth bedroom or we will keep it the office that is

Lastly, walk in through the mud room that can also be converted to an office if you would like. We have a desk and shelving set up.sun room, again offering multi-purpose use of the room during daytime hours.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES… The second floor great t “family room” boasts a 52-inch HDTV with DVD player. Sink into comfort in the family room with water views from every window. Or, select a book and lounge by the fireplace for a happy read. Or, wander out onto the balcony for full water views and bask in the sunny, salt air. Move downstairs to be ground level with sand and shore. The first floor features a wet bar, bistro seating, and living room with TV and full seating g to entertain, perfect for casual indoor-to-the-beach entertaining.
… and when evening comes, enjoy the twinkling lights reflected in the water as boats gently motor by or midnight kayakers paddle along in the moonlight.

AT HOME IN LONG BEACH OR COMMUTING TO WORK … We are in Belmont Shore where its a walk to a cafe, beach, or sport, Long Beach boarders OC and LA County off the 405 freeway. You put yourself in the best location for either county commute. if you need a break from soaking up the sun and savoring the sand between your toes… there are many fun and nearby local sites to enjoy. You can hop on the Red Passport Bus to visit The Queen Mary, Shoreline Village, The Pike, and Aquarium of the Pacific. Take a Segway Tour near Downtown and browse in the artist village, or make a short walk to Second Street for unique, trendy shopping, gourmet food shops, and eateries. Enjoy a leisurely bike ride along the 4-mile stretch of oceanfront path. You can even book a gondola to tour the Naples Canals with a singing guide and onboard wine and cheese picnic.

PARKING...we do not offer garage parking. We offer one driveway spot where you enter the home through the mudroom. There is ample parking on Appian way just through our private gated walkway.

We can discuss your stay needs and can extend your stay. We offer a month to month lease... OR if you have a special occasion we can accommodate a minimum of a 4 day-stay. We do not accept weekend stays of only 2 nights. We will entertain pets.The maximum stay is two years. Ask us about the deposit fee as it will be lowered if only staying with us 4 days. The $3,500 quote below is for a long term month-to -month stay. Cleaning fee will be charged on all stays of $325.00
