Furnished 7 Hills Condo FALL SPECIAL! - Corporate Housing Rental - 23442

I stayed at this very nice, furnished Avalon condo for over 3 months, from late May - early Sept 2021. The condo is at a great location in Seven Hills, central to everything Henderson. This condo is very clean, comfortable, quiet and safe, and right next to the neat pool in the complex. I highly recommend this condo if you need a short-term rental. Ann is great to work with and is very responsive.

My husband, my adult son and myself rented this 2-bedroom furnished condo from March 1st to May 20th, 2021. It was perfect for our needs. It is located on the second floor of a quiet gated complex that is conveniently located to allow easy access to the greater Las Vegas area. There are restaurants & shopping within close driving distance as well. One aspect we really enjoyed was being able to walk within the interconnected system of parks with walking/biking paths that was nearby. The owner was very responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns at all. I would highly recommend this property.

Condo is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable, clean and Ann was very responsive and kind during all communications. The complex pool was also well maintained and enjoyable. The location is near walking trails which was a big plus. Would stay here again if back in the area!

Wonderful furnished rental near everything in Henderson! All solid surface floors so, you don’t have to worry about carpet. It’s spacious, quiet and extremely well take care of. Ann was an excellent host and couldn’t have been more hospitable. Overall, great experience!

My thanks to the host of the Avalon Condo in Henderson. It was the right place, at the right time for my needs. “The three most important things when choosing a temporary lodging are LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!”. I would add CLEANLINESS, EASE OF USE, AMBIANCE, and, of course, the HOST. According to areavibes.com, Henderson is a great place to feel safe and comfortable with a crime rate 28% lower than the Nevada average. Go for a walk or a run. Go chill by the pool. Go to the rec room. I never worried about theft, vandalism, or harassment. It’s simply a really cool place to be. Henderson is home to world class shopping and superb entertainment. Avalon Condo is a short drive to many of them. I recommend Crepe Expectations for breakfast, the Galleria Mall and Town Square for shopping and lunch or dinner, and the Pavilion for family entertainment. Lovelady Brewing Co. provides wonderful live entertainment for the adults in the family. Prefer to stay at home and relax? Avalon Condo is perfect for that. Inside the unit is a world unto its own. Warm and inviting. Modern kitchen and a really cool master bath. Comfortable beds and state-of-the-art home entertainment. If I didn’t have to leave each day for business, I wouldn’t have! My stay involved webcasts and webinars. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The neighborhood is so quiet that I never lost concentration. I couldn’t have asked for a better quasi-work environment. And, finally, and most importantly, the host, Ann, was amazing! I tried to not ask for much, but I admit I had questions. Ann seemed to make my stay at Avalon Condo her priority. We mostly communicated by text. In every case my questions or concerns became Ann’s and she was very prompt in responding to and resolving everything! I’m glad I chose to spend a month at Avalon Condo. Near the end of my stay I decided I wanted more. Unfortunately, it was already booked. Probably for the best. Had it been available I might still be there!
