Renter’s usage of electricity exceeding the “maximum cap” per month will be billed to the Renter. NOTE: we have solar panels and it does help cut down the prices but summer months can still be a bit pricey if the air conditioner is set to a really low temperature 24/7.

I stayed at Matt's property for work from June 2020 through February 2021. I travel a lot for work and this has been the best rental experience I've had so far. The house is well equipped with anything you could possibly need and the homeowners are incredibly kind and attentive. A great example of this is that during December, Matt and his wife Monica brought over Christmas decorations so that I could feel more at home! A huge bonus about this home is that as a single female living alone, I had no concerns at all about safety while staying there. The neighborhood is quiet, the home and property are very private, and the location is terrific.
