I cannot say enough about Kim Kennedy and our experience leasing "The Farm" from her. My family and I sold our house and needed a place to stay until our new home was completed. We had absolutely everything we needed to move in and stay comfortably. It was hard to leave because her place was so beautiful, it's a fantastic location and Kim was so on top of things. I would not hesitate to refer anyone. We had long experience building and Kim provided a lovely, safe and cozy place for us to call "home"!

Excellent property and landlord! 1st off, the property is exactly as shown in the photos, no bait and switch here. The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. No issues whatsoever. Could not ask for a better landlord. Kim was quick to respond and kept me informed of things going on around the property (tree trimming and maintenance activities, etc). I'd give 6 stars if I could, cant say enough good things.
