Excellent property and landlord! 1st off, the property is exactly as shown in the photos, no bait and switch here. The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. No issues whatsoever. Could not ask for a better landlord. Kim was quick to respond and kept me informed of things going on around the property (tree trimming and maintenance activities, etc). I'd give 6 stars if I could, cant say enough good things.
I would like to share a few comments about my very recent stay at Kim’s Condo. If any of you seek short or longer term accommodation that offers the comforts of home, convenience and more and all at great value then I highly recommend Kim’s well equipped and appointed homes matched with the outstanding service and assistance she provides.
