Review Blue Bonnet Villa We found a vacant property on CHBO website. We filled out the online form, and started the process. Mr. Huff, the property landlord reached out to walk us through the leasing process. We finished the lease on Yellow Rose Villa, and we were all set. During the time before move-in our plans changed and would need the property for an additional month. Bill had another property for us and moved all our paperwork over to that one. Bill was at the property when it was move-in day to answer any questions and make sure we were happy. The neighborhood was very quiet and there were no issues. We had a great 3 month rental and everything went very smoothly. On move out day, Bill was there to give us best wishes. Our security deposit was refunded a few days later. I highly recommend CHBO and Bill Huff’s properties. My expectations were far exceeded. What a great experience. My husband and I would rent again in a heartbeat! We hope this helps future tenants.
