Details and Terms

Our goal is to help as many people who have been displaced or are relocating as possible, so we offer 2 month minimum stay with month-to-month rental terms after the 2-month period has ended.
- $7200 per month includes all utilities, internet, trash and monthly cleanings and weekly landscaping. A $400 per month utility allowance is included, if the tenant's usage exceeds $400 per month then the tenant or leasee will be responsible for paying the associated overages
- Pets are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
- $2000 refundable security deposit.
