Details and Terms


Rate includes all utilities, high-speed internet, full use of entire grounds. Pet max weight for indoor pets is 65lbs. Anything exceeding that will have to stay outside in the underneath porch. Max. 2 pets. Please be responsible in cleaning/picking up after your pet. The deposit is REFUNDABLE and allocated within 7 business days of check out if no extensive damages and extra cleanup is needed. Payments must be made at the 30 day mark from check in. For example, If you check in on the 15th of April the next payment will be made on the15th of May. Payments can be made earlier from deadline but if payments are made after deadline $150 fee is applied for each day after. We will ask you leave the premises after day 4.
