We are pet friendly for friendly breeds of well-trained dogs with updated vaccine records. The non-refundable pet fee is $300 and monthly pet rent is $35. Rent is paid online via ACH. Utilities are included: electric, High Speed WIFI w/elite gaming package, water, stormwater, wastewater, refuse and recycling removal, and ROKU streaming. Water and electric are capped at $100 each per month, which is ample for the unit and capped to prevent misuse. All tenants age 18 and over will be required to complete background check.
