Lived here for four months. It was not a pleasant stay. The unit is infested with spiders and a few big brown spiders crawled into bed with me while sleeping on different occasions. The landlord brought in pest control but the spiders kept coming back. He was not willing to get to the source of the problem which was the unit had many gaps and crevaces in it nor did he want to trim the trees that stood of the roof and some were touching the side of the unit which is the avenue for a lot of the spiders to get into the unit. I informed my company about this and they said it was time for me to transfer anyway. There was a transfer clause in the lease but the landlord demanded I stay to complete the year term. After explaining that there was a transfer clause in the lease (he forgot) he mentions that he still wanted to be paid for 60 days of rent. The language of the lease did not strictly say I have to give a 60 day notice, it says "preferably" but he was greedy so be demanded 60 days of rent from me and the company. To make matters worse, he alleges after having moved everything out that I did not leave the original keys with him which was flat out a lie. I dubbed a name for this landlord, "Mr. Krabs". Moreover, there is no dishwasher or oven, no counter space due to the layout, and all of this to say it was not worth the money he is asking for. But for me, will never stay here again and my message to anyone looking at this place, "proceed with caution".
