Property ID: 28811 - Thirty + years ago we lived next door to 791 and had friends who lived in other townhomes in this 49 townhome complex. Less than a year later I started making noises about wanting a home with lots of yard so I could stay busy buying and planting lots of things. We did that and now I am almost ready to move back. Getting to the property the important thing is it's direct access through the back gate into the complex swimming area. People tell me it is a wonderful pool but the majority of the owners do not want to expend the cost to keep it heated ALL year!
I also want to point out the views of all 4 ranges of mountains.

My rent and fees are not exact! For example the above rate would be applicable when there is a 'houseful' with 4+ people. If people stay longer they get more of a discount. I also will accept travelers for less than a month. An example is travelers I had last year. The spouse had some kind of surgery, they were from out of state, and they had no family here. I worked with them....
