Monthly stay is negotiable. Ok to negotiate 2-3 weeks if needed. Guest is responsible for any HOA violations incurred during their stay. Owner is responsible for all utilities and will maintain electric, water, gas, cable and internet at all times during guests stay. Guest may use their own YouTube, Google tv or other media logins as needed.
