I spent 5 months here during winter/spring 2019. The condo was absolutely beautifully decorated and centrally located near shopping, gym, Arrow, and Newton Engineering building. The condo owner was so kind, reasonable, quick in responses, and easy to work with. I would definitely like to come back and stay here again. Thank you!
My wife and I spent 4-5 months here during the late spring / summer of 2016. Unit well furnished, good location. Good communication with owner. Good access to downtown and summer activities in Denver. Underground parking, and pool and health club in overall facility were in excellent condition. Thanks.
I stayed here for 3 months whilst on business from the UK, from Feb to May. The Condo is in a great location - close to businesses in DTC, close to Park Meadows Mall, 5 mins walk from the light rail station, and has great access to I25 and E470 to get into Denver, to Colorado Springs or out to the mountains.
The Condo is well maintained with good equipment throughout and was perfect for me on my own and also fit my family in when they came to visit. The underground parking is a real bonus on snowy winter mornings!
I didn't need to call on the landlords really as everything worked fine, but they were in regular content making sure everything was fine and giving me ideas of things to do during my stay.
I'd highly recommend it if you need to be around Centennial for an extended period.
I stayed here for 4 month (summer/fall 2019) and literally didn't need a thing but my cloths and personal things. When they say "fully furnished" it truly is right down to the dish soap. Beautiful unit with great mountain views/gym and lovely pool very close to the DTC and mall/restaurants. The owner was great! He checked in periodically to make sure I didn't need anything, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If I ever need another place furnished, Raphael will be my first call! Thank you again.
