The oldest Mission in California is just down the street! Great sushi at Chiba Japanese food within walking distance. Family run Farmer's Market grocery store close by. Neighborhood is Grantville which is east Mission Valley so it is quiet but still central to all SD has to offer!

Getting Around:
The San Diego Trolley stop is also just down the hill near the 24 hr Fitness. You can take that all around downtown and even to Mexico! There is a bus stop just outside our parking lot also.

Great central location close to highway entrance. Quiet complex, renovated and well stocked with good appliances and higher end kitchen tools. Well stocked with laundry detergent, soaps and shampoo, etc. Well furnished with comfortable bed and good AC. Lots of small packages left in front of owner's doors for days with no problem. Owners are experienced with rentals and very easy to work with.

Great location, easy to get everywhere from here. Very nicely appointed unit; comfortably furnished, outfitted with everything you could possibly need (kitchen, cleaning supplies, toiletries, even basic office supplies). Building tenants are relatively quiet and very considerate. Owners are wonderful to work with....very responsive.

Great location right by Qualcom Stadium with very easy freeway access to the 15 and 8. The complex is older, but is very quite. The entire unit has been completely renovated (very nicely) and has elevator access. There is one assigned parking spot, but lots of guest parking is available. The owners have done a great job stocking it with everything needed. It exceeded my expectations by having items you wouldn't get in standard corporate housing...I didn't even need to bring a toothbrush, and made it a couple of days before I had the chance to get to the grocery store. The best feature is a big flat-screen with DVR, with a comfy couch. The worst feature is having to use a shared laundry room.
