I lived in this apartment for 18 month and I enjoyed every moment. The owner is helpful, very accomodating and makes you feel very welcome. I felt at home and safe from day one, the neighbors are friendly, everything is closeby and it is easy living. The apartment is in very good condition and you can see it is cared for. If you want to have a good quality life in a nice environment I highly recommend this apartment. I only left because I was moving city.
"Thank you for all your help while I was in Hoboken you made my stay very

I lived in the apartment for just over 2 years and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The flat is clean, well cared for and has every amenity you need, including heating, internet/cable and a washer/dryer. Having lived in Hoboken for a long time I can confirm that this is a lovely tree-lined area amongst the uptown brownstones and a very friendly and quiet neighborhood block, it is very close to the shops, delis and Trader Joe's on 14th Street and only 2 minute's walk from the river to the north if you enjoy walking/running or cycling. Debbie the owner is a kind, attentive and considerate landlord and always ensured that everything in the apartment was kept to the highest standard. I left to resume my retirement abroad but would very happily take up residence again if I were to return to Hoboken and it were available. Quality furnished rentals in the town are not that commonly available and if that is your requirement for an intermediate or longer stay I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.
