Luxury Furnished Condo (Ballston Metro) - Corporate Housing Rental - 7576

Apartment was in a good location, and was very nice. Rent was a bit higher than I would normally want to pay, but it was okay for short term housing. I really liked the furnishing. The bed was not the most comfortable, but once again, okay for short term housing. It was convenient to have 24/7 concierge there. Hector (landlord) was responsive and helped when needed.

Wow what a great place! Close to everything. We rented from November 1,2019 through April 2020 and it was the best 6 months. Condo is very nice and clean. The views of DT Arlington were amazing!!! We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. The owner (Hector) was easy to deal with and quick to respond if we had any questions or issues. We enjoyed grilling on the roof top and seeing amazing sunsets... nice secure underground parking ...

We lived here during the summer of 2017. Our house sold much quicker than we anticipated and we were building a new home out of state so we needed a place to live in the interim. This unit is PERFECTLY located to just about everything you need. We always felt secure here and the neighbors in the building were very polite. We were amazed at how quiet the apartment was for being located in such a busy area. Hector, the owner, was very easy to do business with and was always very responsive. We were very happy to have been able to call this unit "home" and only wish we had been able to spend more time there to enjoy all the amenities. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

I stayed here for a few months earlier this year. The building is in a great location close to restaurants, shops, and the Ballston Metro station. It has a gym, theater room (great to watch games) and a small but enjoyable pool. The area is very secure and I enjoyed walking around, even in the high humidity and heat. The unit was clean, well equipped, and had a great view. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Hector was always responsive to texts and email. Maintenance was rarely needed and it was performed quickly when necessary. Overall, a great experience.

I lived here for 3 months while on assignment to Andrews AFB. My stay was great...and I really loved the apartment and all the amenities available to the residents (especially the gym). The building is very secure and in a great location for access to anything you may need. The owner (Hector) was easy to deal with and always quick to respond if I had any questions or issues. The Metro is just a block or so away and very easy to use for any travel you may want to do throughout the district. Recommendation: Highly recommended...If I'm ever on assignment in the D.C. area again I hope that this apartment will be available to me.

Lived here for 5 months. Building is clean, safe, and very convenient to Ballston Metro, which is nice because parking can be an issue for larger vehicles and for visitors. Nice gym and pool facilities. Hector was very responsive and flexible to tenant needs, as were building staff. Previous commenter was correct in that furniture is of Ikea-quality, but comfortable enough for me. The Rent is commensurate with what I'd expect to pay for a furnished apartment in Arlington - utilities and cable/internet are included. Great views from the unit. For someone who likes running, walking or biking, the Continental is a few short blocks from miles of great trails and parks, but the building also is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Overall - a great deal and stress-free temporary living arrangement, conveniently located. Recommended; I would live here again.

Great condo in a great location. Awesome views from the 18th floor. Easy walk to metro/shops/food. Building is well maintained. Hector is on top of any upkeep issues and addresses them quickly. Lived there for 9 months. Andy

Great condo in an excellent neighborhood. The building is in the Ballston district which is loaded with good restaurants, bars & shopping. A very "yuppie" area--young and professional. The building is quiet and well-maintained. The condo unit is a great size for 1 or 2 people, is on the 18th floor with great views to the West, and has everything you need. I am especially pleased with how accommodating the landlord is with any request or problem (toilet running, Internet issue)--very responsive. The only complaint is the Ikea furniture is not comfortable at all. But overall, it has been a great place for me to spend 7 months away from my home for business. I would definitely recommend it and would rent it again.

I lived here for almost a year and had an awesome experience. Great apartment in a great location/building. Super close to the metro with shops/restaurants nearby. The landlord is very responsive. Highly recommended!
