Lived in the unit for 2 year!! A great location, walkable to commuter trains to NYC and Newark/Newark Airport. Walkable to the NJ Waterfront and numerous parks and restaurants. A nice, accessible and user friendly fitness center. Easy concierage service and an easy- going, helpful and flexible landlord. The only "average" score is on parking, but that is a challenge all over Jersey City. An excellent value in my opinion. Bob
