I stayed with Norma and Jim in their in law suite for two months this summer and loved it. The setting is in the foothills of Mt Diablo and the view from the door is spectacular. The value of this apartment is immediately apparent. At nights it's quiet and safe and the air quality is amazing. Slept like a baby. Highly recommend. If your working anywhere from Pleasanton to Martinez or want easily access to the BART in Walnut Creek this is the apartment that works.
I needed a place to stay in the area for 6 weeks on short notice, and wow did I hit the jackpot with this property.
It’s cozy, convenient, private, spectacular views and has everything you could ever want in your living space. Norma has gone to great lengths to make the unit as easy as possible to just show up and live in. If you are looking of a comfortable, clean and easy to live in space, and this unit is available, take it!
Wonderful furnished rental. The amenities was more then I expected. There was a cable TV and wireless internet provided as part of the lease. I also had access to a washer/dryer and the kitchen had everything that I needed. The location is in a nice neighborhood, safe and quite. The landlords were very accommodating and the month to month lease was very convenient for my needs. I would highly recommend this rental.
Fantastic short term rental! The unit is decorated beautifully with quality amenities and the view is amazing! The landlords were very accomodating and helpful. Very quiet and peacful setting, with easy access to I-680. I enjoyed everything about my stay here, and highly recommend it to others!
I can't say enough positive things about my experience residing at this studio space!! The location is fantastic - nestled in a very safe, beautiful community - with great access within just a couple of minutes to the interstate, a gas station, grocery store, and multiple restaurants. The owners were so very kind and offered helpful tips on fun places to visit in the area - which was quite appreciated by me since I'm not from California. Very clean, private, and peaceful. I highly recommend!
This place was beyond PERFECT!! I can't say enough good things about it. The decor is adorable and the landlords are amazing and so nice. Any time I had a problem, which was only one minor problem that the water was luke warm, they were there to fix it immediately. The month to month lease terms fit my needs perfectly. It is very private. I was even welcomed with a bottle of local wine :) The location is great! The views from the room are gorgeous. Such a peaceful, perfect place!
I stayed with Jim and Norma for two months and words cannot express how grateful I am for their hospitality. Also, the pictures are only a glimpse of the beauty and serenity of the property. There's plenty of space in this studio apartment. Since I left, I miss the gorgeous views of Mt. Diablo, waking up to see the chickens in the coupe outside, and the fresh breeze from the open windows. There were also a few deer roaming the area, which was a treat! The property is tucked back off the main road at the top of a hill and past several beautiful homes. It's only three miles from the interstate and a 10-15 drive to Alamo, Danville, or Walnut Creek. As a busy professional, this was a welcome seclusion after a workday. Also, the ability to park in a garage was a welcomed bonus. I highly recommend this property for those that are looking for a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of city life but yet only a short drive away to great shopping, restaurants, and night life. You definitely won't be disappointed.
