Chry Crk STUNNING Exec Condo avail Nov 3 - Corporate Housing Rental

This condo is absolutely a perfect solution for execuitives. After a long day of work, I always felt "at home" the minute I walked into the unit. There was just enough space to manage. The laundry room was conveniently located in the unit and everything was clean and fresh and provided everything I needed. I could walk to some of the best restaurants in the city right in Cherry Creek, and shopping was plentiful too for just about anything you could need. The Portico amenities (pool, sauna, steam room, and work out center) are all amazing. Parking spot is conveniently located for the unit and there is plenty of parking on the street for guests. This will be your ideal housing solution and you won't feel like you're "just renting", you will feel right at home. And the landlord is incredibly responsive if you have any issues. I lived here for a year. Loved it, and miss it.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! The unit itself was spectacular. It came fully furnished and included awesome amenities and even a garage parking spot! The condo is very spacious and includes a wonderful kitchen, balcony, huge bathroom with stand-alone shower AND soaking tub, walk-in closet, and the most comfortable bed! It is in a prime location as well--the complex is located along the cherry creek trail and is ~5-10 minute walk to the mall, Whole Foods, and excellent dining options. The owner is very friendly and responsive for any needs. We miss living here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Lovely condo in an excellent location! The building is pristine, quiet, and offers many luxury amenities just a block from Cherry Creek shopping and dining. Park your car you won't need it, you can walk everywhere. Excellent use of space for a one bedroom condo. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, the bathroom modern and luxurious, and the closet space impressive. Wood floors, gas fireplace, pools, gym, underground secure parking, even a guest suite you can rent for your company. The owner is gracious and attentive to any needs you might have. I highly recommend this unit.

This is truly a wonderful condo. In fact, this is my second stay in this same condo. It was clean and ready for living immediately. The kitchen is fabulous and had all the kitchen gadgets I needed to start cooking. The bed and mattress were a dream. Loved the large bathroom closet and had room for everything I brought with me and bought while I was there. When it was time to clean, all the products were ready in the convenient laundry room. The location is in one of the best areas in Denver for shopping, eating and relaxing. I walked to Starbucks, to the Cherry Creek Mall and all of the restaurants in the area. The owner is the most cooperative person. I had only one issue and when I called her, she had someone at the condo that afternoon. I would highly recommend this unit.

This rental is in a great location. It's within walking distance to so many things and we have really enjoyed our stay. The owner fully stocked the apartment with everything we could need...including cleaning supplies, toiletries, and even Christmas wrapping paper and other niceties that made our stay easy while we waited for our new home to be built. The owner is very easy to work with and was very responsive if we ever had an issue. I would highly recommend this unit.
