I stayed at the condo for about 9.5 months and honestly didn't want to leave! Gregg and Brenda were so responsive and had quick solutions to any (minor) issue that might've popped up! They were receptive to feedback and any questions I had about the complex or the area. I LOVED the little Glendale spot. This location in the complex is quiet and a bit of a hamlet as it overlooks the only open green area without looking at the parking lot. There is a nice sized park with a dog run right within the complex - great for doggos and kids! Also, super close to an entrance to the Cherry Creek Trail. The neighborhood is safe and it's super convenient to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and tons more. The beds were super comfy (I personally tried all of them!) and an easy space to keep clean and orderly. The loft area was a perfect work-from-home space and felt separate enough from the rest of the condo. The only downside I had was more of a preference - while the condo did get a lot of light, it was on the shadier side of the greenway which often gave me trouble figuring out the temperature. Denver can be a bit odd for weather on a good day so not really a compliant about the condo but just something that came up.
Honestly, my only wish is that I could've worked out a long-term situation to stay as Gregg and Brend's full time renter!
If you are looking for a great place look no further. This condo is in the heart of Glendale, CO with easy access to bars, restaurants, hiking trails, gyms, grocery stores, and more. This location has easy access to other great areas like downtown Denver and all of amenities it has to offer. This area is quite and safe. Inside the condo has comfortable couches, and beds a place you can call home. Gregg the owner is easy to work with and responsive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is an awesome place and highly recommend it.
I had a great experience staying in the condo for 8 months. Owner was quick to respond with any questions or needs. Location is centralized and makes it easy to get to downtown, Cherry Creek, or Denver Tech Center. Lots of good restaurants and shops close by. Area is quite and neighbors are friendly. Beds and couches are very comfortable and make it easy to relax after work. High speed internet and cable provided for entertainment. Also, less than a two hour drive to multiple ski areas. This was a great experience staying here and I would highly recommend this condo.

I stayed here for 2 months and the experience was excellent. The location is wonderful, the unit is clean and well appointed, and it is also very quiet. Gregg was a wonderful host, and I highly recommend. I plan to rent this again if I need to be back in Denver.
