My wife and I rented Jean's apt for 30 days, in order for me to heal and rest after a major surgery. The moment I spoke w/Jean I knew this would be our place, she was kind & professional. Although Jean was a phone call away, we never had to contact her because everything about the apartment was amazing! Inside was clean, kitchen stocked with necessary cooking items, bathroom had towels plus extras, bed was amazing to sleep in (first time on a memory foam), and the best amenity was being able to park in building underground designated parking space. The neighborhood was clean with restaurants walking distance, ppl or person upstairs we're very respectful of little to no noise. We'd rent again. Thank you, Jean.
My wife and I, like other tenants before us, give Jean and her unit a five star rating. In addition to the accolades of tenants before us, I would like to add a couple of compliments. The interior design of this unit, I believe, is unusual for a rental. The color schemes and art on the walls are, in my opinion, outstanding! Jean, or whoever she hired to do the work has outstanding taste. Also, we found the storage area on the garage level to be a godsend for us. We brought some belongings from our former residence that and were able to store them in this space. In addition, we planned originally to stay three months, and ended up staying six. Jean was very accommodating to our changing plans.
I suggest you look at the other reviews of Jean's rental unit to learn of all the other benefits that accrue to this unit, complex and general location and convenience. I think you will find it to be quite unusual.

FIVE STARS++. This unit and location were more than I expected and Jean is a responsive landlord and an absolute pleasure to deal with. While the photos are a good depiction of the high ceilings, natural light, cleanliness and perfect upkeep, seeing it in person impressed me even more. I was sold upon entry. The furniture is good quality and just "fits" interior design-wise with the entire unit. I stayed for two months, with the intention of staying at least six. Unfortunately a medical condition precluded me from continuing my stay. While I provided the proper notice and fully expected to pay the following month while not residing there, Jean went out of her way to list the unit's availability sooner, rather than later to mitigate that final month obligation. That is rare. I am well into middle age and I have never rented ever up to discovering this gem. Frankly, I think I may now be spoiled. As stated in other reviews, the unit is well equipped and I would look forward to coming "home", so I could then walk to the numerous facilities nearby - 24 Hour fitness, Starbucks, Safeway, Dry Cleaners and pizza place (to name a few), knowing my car was safely parked in the garage beneath the building. Just a terrific experience overall. I hope those reading will have the pleasure of staying in this amazing unit/location.
I really enjoyed my stay at this gorgeous condo! I stayed for about 4 months while I waited for my new home to get built. Amenities were perfect because it was everything that I needed such as high-speed Internet, TV, and all the necessary kitchen utilities. Location wise it is perfect as it is close to great restaurants, parks, Orangetheory Fitness and walking trails. Not only that but it's close to the Lowry medical campus area which was perfect for all of my doctor's appointments. Plus,having the underground garage was great because my vehicle was safe. Not only that but I felt that I didn't really use my car so much because everything was so close. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here!

I stayed in Jean's unit for 9 months in 2018 (the prior reviewer has got his dates wrong). This unit was everything I was looking for - clean, modern, quiet, sunny corner unit in a very central and convenient location. The unit was very well stocked with everything I needed, the garage and storage unit were clean and secure, and the furniture was just fine. A couple of maintenance items which arose during my stay were promptly and effectively handled. I'm not a TV watcher so I can't comment on that aspect of things. In my view, given the size and spacious feel of the unit, the amenities provided, and the attentive attitude of the owner and her husband, the rent was quite fair. I highly recommend this unit.

The GOOD- the location is the best! The apartment is very clean and moderately spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about anything you would need. The underground garage is very nice (assigned one space with an enclosed space for storage and app. 4x8 fenced in area) but one of the key fobs never worked.
The NOT SO GOOD- The furniture is nice but old and worn. The couch cushions go flat after sitting for an hour and gets very comfortable. The tv is extremely tiny. The internet connection didn't work when we arrived and after having a tech come out, found out the speed was 7 MBPS DSL speed. I couldn't stream TV, let alone access wifi from my laptop. After some back and forth, the landlord agreed to go with Comcast cable internet at a higher speed, but kept the same 10 channels on cable. I would assume the speed was dropped back down when I left. The mattress on the bed is old, but is covered with a mattress pad that feels like memory foam...its pretty comfortable. If you choose to stay here and work night shift, BRING BLACK OUT CURTAINS!
I give it 2* because it's a nice place in a great area, but the furniture is old,worn, and uncomfortable for the price of the unit. Internet speed is a big deal to me for work and I was put behind because it didn't work. No discount was given for the inconvenience (she felt it wasn't fair for her to lose money for something advertised yet didn't work) despite having to access internet for work elsewhere. Aside from the kitchen, it felt like minimal furnishings for maximum rent. I would not stay here again.
I stayed in Jean's condo for the past 7 months. The place is great with everything you could need already there. The area has to be one of the best in Denver with restaurants and the grocery store within walking distance but you're only a 10 minute drive to Cherry Creek or downtown. Jean was very accommodating and helpful. I definitely recommend.

I was blessed and grateful to have been a tenant for Jean; staying in her condo in Lowry for ~1yr as a solo tenant. Some of the things I loved about my stay is how much natural light it has with the big windows, the nice size bedroom, closet, and bathroom, the open kitchen with a good size island, the cozy living room space, the outside balcony, and overall plenty of storage within the unit...and the bonus storage space in the garage. Having the underground parking garage space was a big bonus; allowing easy access to the elevator too. I felt safe and secure in the secured access building. The furnishings are comfortable and allowed for plenty of space within the unit. Additional highlights include easy access to local restaurants/bars/grocery/green space/etc. Jean was easy to communicate with and responded quickly for any needs regarding the condo. I would absolutely recommend her condo unit and would stay again in a minute - I had a great experience! Thank you Jean!
