We have had this condo for over 20 years and it brand new on the outside and beautiful & beachy on the inside... I love how the back deck looks out on the pond out back w/ ducks, turtles, Blue Herons, Egrets, etc. Many folks enjoy taking their computer outback and working overlooking the pond and wildlife!

I have rented to over 150 guest w/ a 4.7 out of 5 stars for over 9 years on "VRBO", some nurses, professionals, families, etc. on "Furnished Finders"! I rented to a nurse from Feb till May of last year and just had an executive for 4 months Aug. thru Nov. and a VP this past fall for 3 months! A retired executive and his wife for the entire summer...
