We are an Air Force family that lives close by. We love the Phoenix valley and spend lots of time outdoors. Hiking, water sports, pickleball, volleyball you name it! We have owned this house in Las Sendas for about 20 years, and keep it in great shape for our guests. This fabulous locations allows you to walk to Starbucks, shopping, restaurants and beyond. Las Sendas offers a variety of amenities from sport courts to heated pool and spas. There are also hiking trails within Las Sendas and well as numerous amazing hikes within a short distance. A quantity of golf courses are also very close, as well as the World Class Las Sendas Golf Course right in the neighborhood! Our grandchildren love to play pickleball and run through the splash pad and enjoy the pools and spas. We enjoy all the amenities of Las Sendas and know you will too!
