Hi - I am an unmarried, retired investment executive living a snow bird type of life via seasonal rentals. I sold my condo in Phoenix in March 2021 and have been traveling ever since. I maintain a permanent address at a friend's house in Gilbert AZ where I stay when in town to see friends and doctor appointments. I generally spend winter months in Australia and NZ then summer somewhere in the northern part of the US. I grew up in central Nebraska so often use it as a stop over in the Midwest. Love biking and hiking.
