Hello! We're Jason and Alison, and we're delighted to be hosting you on CHBO. We've had the pleasure of being a guest favorite on Airbnb, and we're excited to now offer our newly built (2024) luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom guest house for mid-to-long term stays.

Our spacious and beautifully appointed guest house is situated on a private 2-acre property on a waterway and features a pool, offering a tranquil retreat while still being conveniently located. Having lived in the Mandeville/Covington area for the past 10 years, and with three of our children having graduated from local high schools, we have a deep appreciation for this wonderful community and are happy to share our local knowledge to enhance your stay.
We are committed to providing an exceptional experience, focusing on comfort, cleanliness, and clear communication. Our goal is to ensure you feel right at home during your extended visit. We are readily available to answer any questions and assist you in any way we can.
