This home is unique because it has only one house on one side. This means that all other three sides of the property have no houses on it. The result is less distracting noises, clean views, natural light when needed and when not, there are 100% blackout curtains to darken it.
The workspace is complete with a surge protector, keyboard, mouse, and a 55 inch screen.
All the bedrooms are equipped with solid wood king sized beds, quiet ceiling fans, walk-in closets, two nightstands with touch activated lamps. House furniture is brand new with one antique set. The artwork in the home are thoughtfully selected antiques and not cheap reproductions. Air-conditioned garage when needed.
The living room features authentic, solid wood and marble furniture.
There is a smart deadbolt front door lock with codes that change between guests.
There are fresh, never used linens for maximum comfort and peace of mind.
