Recently retired and looking forward to travel, spend more time with friends, and go to the gym regularly.
I've spent my life in the service industry and am excited to have some free time to explore life again, like I did in my 20-30's. After traveling to many exciting places, I had my son at 40 and he will oversee the house upon any of my absences.
I currently have two cats and a dog which do not access or encroach upon the studio room. The dog is not a barker, but I've been told there is an occasional faint sound when he alerts 1-5 times for noise. Over the past 22 years, I have fully remodeled both sides of the house to be a smart home with all the amenities. It is now a quiet, safe, clean, secure, and peaceful home where we all experience respect (even the animals).
