We have rental properties in Virginia, North Carolina, and Ohio. Our Virginia units are furnished 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartments with views of the DC monuments. Our properties are ones that we would be happy to live in! We live in Fairfax County, Virginia, less than 30 minutes from the Arlington apartments. My husband is a former military officer and we have been in northern Virginia for more than 30 years. We are now retired and managing our rental business is our current focus.
