I came to Fort Collins in 2018 and fell in love with this exceptional college town, its vibrant community, and the active NorCo lifestyle. What began as a short stay became a turning point: within six months I completed a 1031 exchange, moving my rental properties to CO.
I hold a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from UC, Berkeley and have enjoyed a career in accounting and real estate. For 20 years, I have managed our residential rentals, bringing professional expertise and hands-on care to each home.
Having spent much time in short-term and executive rentals for business and leisure, I am keenly aware of how surroundings influence comfort and well-being, even in temporary housing. I have sought homes with natural light, beautiful views, thoughtful design, and immaculate cleanliness.
This experience shaped my vision for my Fort Collins executive rental homes. Located in coveted neighborhoods, each property is a luxury retreat — architecturally interesting, light-filled, tastefully furnished, and complemented by art, décor, and inviting outdoor spaces.
