We are the original and single owners of this house, having watched it being built from the ground up. This was the place where we built amazing memories watching our children grow up and celebrated every major milestone. To us, this is not just a rental property, it is our personal sanctuary. Over the past five years, we have meticulously maintained every corner, implementing a strict schedule for professional HVAC servicing, routine deep cleans, and detailed landscaping care for our backyard.
