I was born and raised in the Midlands, England. I have lived in Texas for the past 37 years. I love to cook, travel, read, and listen to jazz. I’m married with 3 grown daughters. I was trained in Europe as a Saucier Chef. Before coming to the States, I traveled to many countries around the world and lived in Dubai, UAE, for 4 years. This has created an awareness and appreciation for many cultures. I own an Event Management company here in Houston, and I am a certified NVQ service trainer.
(National Vocational Qualifications is the food service training standard of England) I have trained service staff for hotels, country clubs, and restaurants in the art of good service.
