I purchased the condo as a second home (love PDX), but the recession forced me to relocate. I've been renting for ten plus years now. I try to keep the place fresh and CLEAN. I've traveled extensively and try to provide guests the same good value that I expect when renting.
I might be remote, but I am very involved in every aspect of the rental. You will not get an answering service if you need assistance!
