We purchased our first Lake Gaston Community home in 2009 for family vacations and getaways. Due to having middle school and high school children we quickly realized we could not always be "on the lake". To utilize the property more we starting renting it to families, school teachers with Teach for American and short term assignment professionals in 2011.

This works very well for us as there is always a time between rentals for us as a family to come in, use, maintain the home and enjoy all that Lake Gaston has to offer.

Since then we have acquired another property on Lake Gaston that is also for rent to short term assignment community.

We thank you for your support and hope we can make your stay in the area comfortable.
