When I purchased this apartment, I instantly fell in love with the unit and the building. The friendly neighbors, sense of community, and open layout all made it feel like home. I’m a New Yorker and corporate sales professional who loves to travel, and I rent places all over the world for both work and fun.
Whenever I stay somewhere, I always ask myself, is this a place and an owner I’d rent from again? That mindset is incredibly important to me as a host. I want my guests to feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly at home during their stay, just like I do when I have a great rental experience.
