In 2001, I fell in love with this one-hundred year old apartment building, named The Gloucester by its architect, Otis Asbury who, with his young family, were its first tenants in 1914. Keeping his style and grace as inspiration, I have renovated his lovely building with 21st century amenities and can now offer my tenants the opportunity to live in this historic building and to experience the most interesting part of our beautiful City, the Fan District.
