I'm a retired teacher and currently substitute teacher at a nearby high school. I offer my comfortable, convenient condo while I vacation elsewhere in the summer. I have a wonderful handyman who responds to any needs. Having recently purchased the condo, minor repairs and upgrades were made per inspection report, and it was freshly painted and has new carpet. It’s in like-new condition.
