My name is Ben Budraitis. As the owner of BRB Property Management Services, I have been renting vacation properties and housing that I personally own, to vacationing guests and corporate visitors since 1987.
I understand what offering high quality accommodations means and the level of responsiveness necessary to ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience. I have a long history of 5 star reviews from many, many guests.
I have rented properties to corporate employees staying in Colorado for extended business as well as have hosted executives and their families staying in Colorado for extended vacations.
I live in both San Diego, CA and in Arvada, Colorado. This home here in Arvada is my primary residence. I commute between the two locations for business and personal lifestyle.
My portfolio of properties are either a primary residence that I live in part-time or a vacation property that I relax and take ownership in.
